Ingredients
- 1 packet Colman's Shepard's Pie seasoning mix
- 1lb minced lamb
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1.5 cups of frozen peas
- 400ml of cold water
- 1 packet of family size frozen Bob Evans mashed potatoes
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
To Cook
- Preheat oven to 400
- Brown in a pan the mince, onion and garlic
- In a bowl, mix the seasoning with cold water until completely dissolved, then add to the pan.
- Add carrots and peas and bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place mince mixture into an ovenproof dish.
- Microwave Bob Evans potatoes for half the time on the package instructions.
- Just until soft and can stir the potatoes.
- Spread the mashed potatoes to cover top of the mince mix.
- Spread shredded cheese across the top of the mashed potatoes.
- Cook in heated oven for 30 minutes.
